Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NavaScope, a product of NavaScope Technologies Limited ("we", "us"), collects when you use the @navascope_bot Telegram bot and this website, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- From Telegram: your Telegram user ID, and the name and username Telegram shares with bots.
- What you send the bot: booking codes, your choices in the bot (for example which bookmaker to convert to), your settings (default bookmakers and timezone), and any feedback you send.
- Technical logs: when you used a feature, how long it took and whether it worked, so we can fix problems. Our logs identify people by Telegram user ID, not by name.
We do not ask for, and never want, your bookmaker login, password, card details or wallet balance.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: read and convert your codes, remember your settings, and show you results.
- To run the beta: handle your request to join and send you messages about access, updates and planned pauses.
- To improve NavaScope: find bugs, measure speed and reliability, and understand which bookmakers and markets people need.
- To keep NavaScope safe and prevent misuse.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the providers that run NavaScope: Telegram (which delivers the bot's messages), our hosting provider, the network providers we use to reach bookmakers' public pages, and, when you chat with NavaScope AI, a third-party AI provider (see section 4). Booking codes are sent to the bookmakers they belong to, because that is how they are read and created. When paid plans arrive, payments will be handled by a payment provider under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. NavaScope AI
When chat is on, NavaScope AI sends what you write to it, the screenshots you send it and the last few messages of your conversation to a third-party AI provider, based outside Nigeria, so it can understand what you need. The provider does not use them to train its AI. It deletes them within 30 days, unless its automated safety checks flag them as breaking its usage rules; then it may keep them for up to 2 years.
NavaScope keeps your conversation for 24 hours (/clear deletes it at once) and the booking codes you worked with for 7 days. We never keep your screenshots, only what was read from them.
5. How long we keep it
Session data (such as a betslip you are working on) expires automatically. Your account record and settings are kept while you use NavaScope. When you send or make a booking code, NavaScope keeps its legs (the matches, picks and odds, with nothing linking them to you) until 30 days after its last match kicks off, so the code can be checked again later. Technical logs are rotated and kept only as long as they are useful for running and improving the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your choices
You can stop using the bot at any time by blocking it in Telegram. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with Nigeria's data protection law.
7. Age
NavaScope is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
8. This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
